📢 Public Notice – 2nd Admission List Published for Class I (Session 2025–26)

🏫 Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jeypore

We are pleased to inform all concerned that the 2nd List of provisionally selected candidates for admission to Class I for the academic session 2025–26 has been published today, i.e., 21st June 2025.

This selection has been made based on the offline draw of lots held on 21st June 2025 at the Sub Collector’s Office, Jeypore, following the admission guidelines issued by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS).

📌 Important Instructions for Provisionally Selected Candidates:

The admission is purely provisional and subject to the successful verification of the following documents at the time of admission:

  • Original Date of Birth Certificate

  • Residence Distance Proof (for RTE candidates only)

  • Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/BPL as applicable)

  • Parent’s Service Certificate / Transfer Proof (if applicable)

📅 Admission for candidates in this list will be conducted as per the schedule mentioned against their names.

💰 Fee Details for Class I (April to June 2025): (Exempted for RTE candidates)

  • Admission Fee: ₹25/- 

  • VVN Fee: ₹500/month × 3 months = ₹1,500/-

  • Total: ₹1,525/- 

🟢 Note: Fee exemption under RTE is not applicable for parents availing Children Education Allowance (CEA).

⚠️ Important Advisory:

  • Failure to report on the scheduled date without prior approval of the Principal will result in cancellation of the admission offer.

  • Any mismatch or incorrect information during document verification will lead to immediate cancellation of admission, without any further notice.

We request all selected parents to ensure timely reporting and carry all required documents for verification. Your cooperation is essential for a smooth admission process.
