 📢 Public Notice – 4th Admission List for Class I & 3rd Admission List for Classes II to V Published (Session 2025–26)

🏫 Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jeypore
We are pleased to announce the publication of the following admission lists for the academic session 2025–26, released today, 3rd July 2025:

✅ 4th List of Provisionally Selected Candidates for Admission to Class I
✅ 3rd List of Provisionally Selected Candidates for Admission to Classes II, III, IV & V

These lists have been prepared in accordance with the admission guidelines laid down by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and reflect a transparent selection process. For Class I, the 4th list is based on the waitlist order from the offline Draw of Lots held on 21st June 2025 at the Sub Collector’s Office, Jeypore, in the presence of the Admission Committee, media representatives, parents, and the Hon’ble Sub Collector, Jeypore.

📌 Important Instructions for Provisionally Selected Candidates:

  • Admission is provisional and subject to verification of original documents as per KVS norms.

  • The schedule of admission is mentioned alongside each candidate’s name in the selection list.

  • A separate annexure listing all required documents is available. Parents must bring all necessary documents without fail on the day of admission.

💰 Fee Structure (April to September 2025):

  • Admission Fee (All Classes): ₹25/- (One-time)

  • Tuition Fee:

    • Class I & II: ₹500/month × 6 months = ₹3,000/-
      (Rupees Three Thousand Only)

    • Class III, IV & V: ₹600/month × 6 months = ₹3,600/-
      (Rupees Three Thousand Six Hundred Only)

  • Total Payable at Admission:

    • Class I & II: ₹3,025/-

    • Class III, IV & V: ₹3,625/-

⚠️ Please Note:

  • Failure to report on the allotted date without prior approval from the Principal will result in cancellation of the admission offer.

  • Any discrepancy in documents during verification will lead to immediate cancellation without further notice.

We urge all selected candidates’ parents/guardians to follow the instructions and adhere to the admission timeline for a smooth admission process.
