 📢 Public Notice – 3rd Admission List Published for Class I (Session 2025–26)

🏫 Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jeypore

We are glad to inform all concerned that the 3rd List of provisionally selected candidates for admission to Class I for the academic session 2025–26 has been published today, i.e., 28th June 2025.

This list has been prepared based on the offline Draw of Lots conducted on 21st June 2025 at the Sub Collector’s Office, Jeypore, in the presence of the Admission Committee, media representatives, parents, and the Hon’ble Sub Collector, Jeypore. The admission procedure followed the prescribed guidelines of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) to ensure transparency and fairness.

📌 Important Instructions:

  • The selected candidates have been provisionally offered admission, subject to verification of original documents as per the admission norms.

  • Admission will be carried out as per the schedule mentioned against each candidate's name in the selection list.

  • The list of required documents for admission is provided in a separate annexure. All parents are requested to go through it carefully and bring the necessary documents on the day of admission.

💰 Fee Details for Class I (April to June 2025):

  • Admission Fee: ₹25/-

  • Tuition Fee: ₹500/month × 3 months = ₹1,500/-

  • Total: ₹1,525/-

⚠️ Note:

  • Failure to report on the scheduled date without prior approval from the Principal will result in cancellation of the admission offer.

  • Any discrepancy found during verification will lead to immediate cancellation of admission, without any further communication.

We request all parents/guardians of the selected candidates to adhere strictly to the admission schedule and cooperate for smooth and timely completion of the admission process.
