Notice for Parents regarding completion of Registration Process & Publication of 1st Selection List received for admission in Class-I to V for the session 2024-25.

Dear Parents/Legal Guardians

We wish to inform you that as of the last date of registration, 16.06.2025, until 05:00 PM, we have received a total of 1009 applications for Class I to V, against the available vacancy of 200 seats. (40 in each Class)

 

In line with our commitment to transparency and accountability, we have published the registration details of all candidates on 17.06.2025. We had also requested parents to inform us of any discrepancies noticed by 01:00 PM of 18.06.2025.

 

We appreciate the cooperation of those parents who brought discrepancies to our attention, and we have duly rectified them from our end.

 

 However, please note that no further objections will be entertained by the school in this regard.

 

Please note the following important points:

1.  Parents are hereby informed that the information submitted by them cannot be altered at a later stage.

2. We also want to highlight that there are some applications which have been rejected due to overage/underage as per the admission criteria. Finally, we received 1005 Valid Applications for which Selection process will be conducted.

3.   We would like to emphasize that the registration process will be conducted solely based on the information provided by the applicants in written form, without verifying the genuineness of the information. However, in the event of selection and document verification, if a parent is unable to submit the required documents against the information provided, the offer of admission will be cancelled at that time.

4.   It is important to note that the publication of registration details does not confirm the selection for admission.

5.  The first provisional selection list will be published by 23^rd June 2025. Parents may visit our blog https://kendriyavidyalayajeypore.blogspot.com and Main Gate Notice Board to see the list.
